Planinska Koliba Ekclusive se nalazi na planini Tari u mestu Sekulići, na putu za Mokru Goru. Udaljeno je 4km od Mitrovca i 8km od Zaovinskog jezera. Drvengrad u Mokroj Gori udaljen je 18 kilometara. Jezero Perućac je udaljeno 16 km, a Kaluđerske Bare 20 km. Do kuće se dolazi asfaltnim putem. U cenu ulazi korišćenje saune. Na 100m od kuće se nalaze restoran i mini market.
