sunny double room in victorian home

James and Tom welcome you to our lovingly restored red brick Victorian home in Phibsborough with all mod cons, luxurious surroundings and peaceful flower filled garden for your enjoyment. We are a short 15 minute walk to the centre of Dublin and all that this vibrant city has to offer. We are close to the Botanic Gardens and a short drive to the beautiful Phoenix Park, home to Dublin Zoo and roaming deer. Our home is fully equipped with all mod cons including WIFI, cable tv, power shower in our large (shared) luxury bathroom, feather filled pillows and duvets, nespresso coffee machine etc, We are a gay couple who have been together for over 20 years and would be delighted to welcome you to stay in our comfortable and convenient home. We would be happy to provide you with an extensive continental breakfast in our sunny breakfast room or on the patio listening to the gurgling fountain of our fish pond! Our neighbourhood is a traditional area of Dublin where you can find all amenities in the locality including supermarket, pubs and most shops that any visitor would require. Because we are so close to the city centre and on a major bus and taxi route, the city is easily accessible for more fine dining and theatre options. If you like the idea of staying in a real Victorian period home with working real fires and fireplaces, elegant cornicing and a delightful cottage style walled garden, this is the place for you.

Single/double/King sized/b'fast in Victorian house

It is a stylish Victorian house, in a quiet area, a 15 minute walk to cosmopolitan Rathmines, and only a short 20 minute bus ride into the City Centre, a five minute walk to the village of Terenure which has many excellent eateries. You can a express bus from the airport directly into the city centre for 6 euro single or 8 euros return.The number 16 bus from the airport stops 2 minutes away from our home but please note this is a very circuitous bus ride and can take up to an hour and a half.

A short walk to the train where you will be in the city centre in 20 mins or Howth in 5 mins. Bayside is a mature settled area close to Dublin Bay where you are within walking distance of beautiful St Annes park and coastal walks around Dublin Bay and just a short train ride to Howth and Malahide Castle. Train journey to RDS/Aviva/Croke Park and Bord Gais Theatre.

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely part of Dublin. The centre of Dublin is on your doorstep with the local train less than five minutes away with two very short stops and your in the centre of Dublin. There are lots of shops bars and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful seafront walks nearby. The fishing village of Howth is also two stops on the train where you will find the amazing Howth Cliff walk, fish restaurants and trad music bars also serving food.

Warm family home & garden in D9

Modern, spacious home near all amenities shops, restaurants & pubs. Wifi & Lounge is available for guests. Close to DCU, Omni Shopping centre, Croke Park and Botanical Gardens. The room shares a bathroom with one other AIRBNB room. We have a 3rd room ensuite for rent Min Stay 2 Nights and MaxStay 21 Nights. We are not Downtown but the Airport is 15 minutes and the City Centre is 20 minutes away with frequent buses right from our front door. Breakfast is included.
