Great City of Dublin Location Bright Peaceful Home near Luas tram..thats what my guests say! A new covered pergola with moroccan floor tiles makes outdoor dining and relaxing a day long event. The luas line is a 3 min walk, , 15 mins walk to the Phoenix Park , 5 mins walk to Kilmainham Gaol, Memorial Garden bars and restaurants and 5 mins walk to James Hospital. It is nestled in a small quiet cul de sac with parking for 2 cars, so quiet and so central is what everyone loves .namaste

Giving the amazing location, this apartment is very peaceful inside. It faces the garden side and as there are only 10 apartments in the block, you’re guaranteed a great night’s sleep. No lift though, sorry
