Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

The Railway Cottage

The Railway Cottage is a 200 year old cottage that has been renovated and updated with a stylish modern finish. Nestled amidst the lush farmland of north County Dublin the cottage is a 2 minute walk from Barnageeragh strand, 15 minute walk to Ardgillan Castle and a 5 minute drive to the village of Skerries. As its name suggests The Railway Cottage is situated right beside the Dublin Belfast rail line. The first train passes at approximately 6am with the last one passing at approximately 12:30 am

This is a unique opportunity to see the sights of Dublin City whilst staying on a Nature Reserve with the peace and quiet that has to offer. The Cottage is 10 seconds from the beach and 10 mins from Dublin City Centre by car or 20 by bus. There are wonderful walks on the island and also several excellent restaurants within walking distance or use the bikes for the 10k cycle path around the bay! Situated on its own beach, fall asleep to the song of the sea waves. Peaceful location, close to Dublin airport ( 20 mins drive) Dublin City centre 30 mins by train from Rush and Lusk station after 10 min bus journey. The bus to Dublin city is 1 hr 15 mins away..
