Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

This self contained space is part of our family home in popular Stoneybatter but has its own entrance so you will be in a family home but with the added benefit of being self contained. Enjoy amazing walks, delicious seafood or grab a pint and listen to some great music in one of the wonderful pubs. Plenty of room in our charming, very comfortable 1 bedroom cottage down a private lane. Living room and private bathroom with fabulous shower. NO KITCHEN but tea/coffee making facility, microwave and a small fridge.

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.
