Apartman je udaljen 30 metara od mora. U svojih 45 metara kvadratnih sadrži jednu spavaču sobu, dnevni boravak s kuhinjom, wc i prostor za odmor ispred ulaza. U blizini se nalazi glavna plaža sa raznim sadržajima ( supermarket, caffe bar, fast food, reant a bout, restorans). Trogir je udaljen 3 kilometra.
