The cabin features a sauna, a beautiful stone shower, two bathrooms and a tub. The south side of the land runs along the knife river with an overlook, perfect for the sunrise. The land is yours to explore. We have fallen in love with this space, and we truly hope you do too.

No management company here, NO CLEANING FEES, we do it all by ourselves. Communication, laundry, cleaning and maintenance - our reviews show we take pride in the place. Now if we could only figure out how to provide the perfect weather!!!

Enjoy your stay at this centrally-located apartment close to many shops, restaurants, trails and more! Only a 20-minute drive from Duluth, MN and beautiful Lake Superior. Hosts conveniently live on the premises in the home attached to the apartment. Parking for up to one vehicle is included during winter months (off-street), and more than one vehicle in summer months (on-street parking).
