This place is brand new (completed July 2017) located in Dunedin's historic Warehouse precinct. It has also recently been listed as a Category 1 heritage building - a building of national significance. The apartments are warm, well insulated & have everything you need for both a short or longer stay. The kitchen has an ash wood bench, induction hob & a pyrolytic oven. The decor is is all natural with woolen carpets, duvet, quality cotton sheets. Also within the apartment is a small laundry.

Desk for working at and large table for meetings or dining. It has everything you need and you can walk to octagon...see other things to note re parking. This is a luxury stay with tons of appeal. Clean & tidy & sheets are by laundry service so always fresh. Not all Airbnb’s are equal and my reviews let you know everything.
