Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

The location is ideal for exploring the city: one block to the Octagon, the beating heart of Dunedin, the apartment is perched above a working ceramic studio and is handily placed between the Dowling Street galleries and Moray Place. Cafés, restaurants, and charming bars abound. Complimentary one-hour introduction to wheel-thrown ceramics is offered to interested guests.

Roselle Farm Cottage on the Otago Peninsula

Roselle Farm Cottage resides beside a farm paddock encompassing pasture, garden, and harbour views. There are sheep and sometimes lambs that you can pat and feed. The Royal Albatross Centre, Little Blue Penguins, Penguin Place, and Larnach Castle are 15-minute drive from the cottage. We are close to many beautiful beaches that host sea lions and seals. There are many great walks with scenic views. It is a self-contained cottage with everything you need for cooking and washing.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Totally private, cosy beach house equipped with all the creature comforts and only steps away from direct access to a gorgeous, prestine beach. Nature at its best will offer views of incredible sea lions while out on your beach walk but be mindful to respect their space for your safety and theirs. Accommodation suitable for adults only. If you do not drive and will be taking buses this might not be suitable accommodation.
