Here's a chance to try out a great, fully furnished tiny home 1 hour from the beach. Heat & ac, grill, campfire pit, outdoor seating, inside a privacy fence in a quiet country setting. There is a farm across the road, when the wind blows from the southwest you might experience the smell of livestock but mostly it's fresh air and sunshine. Sorry but NOT suitable for children or elderly because of steep staircase. Small hot water heater, may have to wait between showers No Guests in Pool! NO KIDS!

5/4 home in the quiet country setting. 30 minutes from Kingston or Jacksonville NC. Half the time I am not there so I am looking for someone such as a travel nurse that will do 3 to 6 months at a time. You will have full reign of the house kitchen, large screen TV as well as a TV in your room with your own private bath. There's a covered carport for you to park. The home has SimpliSafe alarm system with five outdoor cameras in a very safe neighborhood. There is an indoor cat, ask for details!

Our place is less than an hour from several beaches, State, County Parks and hiking. This space is perfect for two ! Microwave, Fridge, Coffee Maker, Filtered Water 40 inch smart tv. NO PETS FOR ANY REASON. Allergy sensitive. We have another unit to host pets.

Joey’s Cozy Camper - Kayaking On a Mill Pond

Camper is located on a Marsh/Pond (NC Bird Sanctuary) behind our home. We offer kayaking, bird watching, and fishing via the town dock or by kayak. SMALL DOGS (under 20lbs) only ok. $25 each. Please check that you are bringing a pet even if it is a service animal as we have pets as well. Camper sleeps two in queen size bed. We live off a main rd. and close to I 40 so easy in and out and close to shops and restaurants. It is busy in the front but quiet in the back.
