A little home from home. Ideally situated to get to the coast for some sea air or visit the city of Lincoln for shopping or cultural visit to the Cathedral quarter. There is plenty to see in the area various wildlife reserves, the Lincolnshire show ground for events and we even have a lovely wildlife zoo. And when you have done all that you can come back to Little Lodge and chill out, sit on your own patio overlooking a half acre garden.

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.

'SEBASTOPOPL RETREAT' A FABULOUS SELF CATERING BARN CONVERSION FOR TWO PEOPLE SITUATED IN THE QUIET VILLAGE OF MINTING. THE RETREAT HAS A SEMI-PRIVATE SEATING AREA AND CARPARK FOR 2 CARS AND OVERLOOKS THE CHURCH. THE RETREAT HAS SUPERFAST WIFI OF 130MEG TO THE ROUTER. WE ARE SORRY BUT THE CHARGING OF VEHICLES IS NOT PERMITTED. THE PUB NEXT DOOR IS OPEN FRIDAY ,SAT AND SUNDAY ONLY, TRADITIONAL BAR DRINKS AND FOOD IS AVAILABLE.

A converted Coach House

A charming two bedroom converted Coach House in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Renovated in 2025 the Coach House offers two large bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, a family bathroom, separate loo, an open-plan kitchen dining room and a spacious sitting room with a log burner. Bi-folding doors from the dining area open out onto the garden terrace where you can sit back and enjoy the views of the countryside beyond.
