Magnolia Falls is named after the big leaf magnolia trees and the nearby waterfalls on the Peddlers Fork stream. The peaceful and relaxing sounds can be enjoyed year round from the front porch as the stream flows over the rocks and gushes toward the deep gorge below. This tranquil setting sits on 60 acres surrounded by woods with walking trails. You have access to the entire 2nd floor, porches and outdoor area. The first floor isn't rented or occupied; you have the property to yourself.

The sun sets directly in the back of the home, so the back balcony is the perfect place to watch the sun set with friends or family.

Some of the favorite features are the year-round hot tub, large back deck, charming living room with gas fireplace to sit and read a book, play board games or watch the Smart TV. 12 acres of peace and quiet in Campton. You can wander the trails, kick back by the firepit, or just take in the forest views. Evenings are for porch sunsets, hot tub stargazing, and the sound of birds all around. Inside, there’s a vintage Ms. Pac-Man for a little throwback fun. We’re about 15 miles from Red River Gorge, but it feels like you’ve got the whole place to yourself—no close neighbors, no traffic, just dark skies and starry nights.

Seclusion Cabin - Tower, Treehouse, Koi Pond

Seclusion is a completely custom, hand-crafted cabin complete with a treehouse room, koi pond, rocky landscape, observatory tower and more in an unbeatable location. This cabin is located just a mile or two off the Slade, KY exit on top of a ridge in Red River Gorge. Built by Paul Rhodes in his spare time, this passion project took over six years to complete and boasts a uniqueness unrivaled by other accommodations.
