Let us welcome you to 100 Acre Wood, a historic farm and working cattle ranch. Owl's House is a private and stylish guest house nestled within the trees and garden and offers 180° views. Our farm store is stocked with our own TX Longhorn beef and pasture-raised chicken and eggs, plus curated with local products. Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Fire pit, heated outhouse with composting toilet, outdoor dining area, brook, pond and trail head are just steps away. We also have a TREE HOUSE and HIKER’S HAVEN house by the brook. Thames River Retreat · CT College+Casinos+USCGA

This home on the Thames River is the ultimate getaway for a family seeking relaxation and outdoor adventures. With five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a comfortable living room with stunning views of the water and private beach. The master bedroom with on suite bathroom, large deck overlooking the river, with direct access to the backyard where you can lounge on the private beach, play lawn games, or take a dip in the river. We have 2 kayaks available for use.

Romantic Seaside Cottage in Mystic

This cozy seaside cottage with sleep loft has the look and feel of an old classic yacht inside with modern amenities. Couples will love the water views, screened porch, gas-wood stove, heated stone floor in cedar bathroom, outdoor shower and patio. Another larger 2 bedroom cottage on property is for rent also for families with younger children. This rental is NOT suitable for toddlers or children under 12 due to the open balconies, railings and narrow spiral staircase to the loft.

Niantic Bay & Play House-Game room, mins to beach

Stay at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac located half a mile from downtown Niantic with several beaches located minutes from the house. The Niantic Bay & Play House is packed full of indoor and outdoor games while conveniently located close to several attractions. Sit by the fire pit, play Corn Hole or Frisbee Golf in our large open private backyard. Inside you will find big open spaces to relax with friends and family. Our house is perfect for everyone including your furry family member.

Built in 1800 and thoughtfully renovated in 2024, this two-story guest cottage can be the retreat of your dreams. Surrounded by thousands of acres of nature preserve, short walks to scenic vistas, a raging waterfall and countless hiking trails, few places are as peaceful as Hearthstone. Whether you’re looking for a private oasis or romantic getaway, are a parent sharing the beauty of nature, or an artist looking for inspiration, this historic cottage is for you.

Cozy Cape on the Cove

Our two-bedroom cape on the cove is a paradise for any birdwatcher, fisherman, or kayak enthusiast. We are located near any destination you may want (i.e. casinos), yet far enough off the beaten path to enjoy some peace and quiet. Listen to the birds and crickets by the firepit or take out our rentable kayaks for a morning paddle. Dogs welcome too! Pet fee is $50 per stay. Maximum 2 dogs. Maximum of 3 guests. Any unauthorized guest will be charged at $50/each.

Enjoy a relaxing stay at this charming storybook home which has just been refreshed professionally and redesigned with unique and gorgeous antique furnishings and decor. Built in 1895, the home was re-envisioned by designer Charles Spada in the 90’s. A lovely private back yard with beautiful stone work and plantings. The proximity to shopping, galleries, restaurants and Old Saybrook, Town Beach and Katherine Hepburn theater makes this location ideal.
