Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

La Tiny House del B&b Giardini dell'Ardo è una camera con caratteristiche uniche. Si trova sospesa su un magnifico paesaggio naturale, con vista sulle montagne e sulla profonda gola del torrente Ardo. La grande vetrata permette di mettersi a letto e godere del paesaggio mozzafiato. L'arredo è studiato per poter svolgere tutte le funzioni come in una mini casa. Lilla Lyngabo ligger med skogen i ryggen omgärdat av frodiga åkrar och ängar. Genom de stora glaspartierna kliver du rakt ut i naturen, från så väl sovrum som kök. Som den enda unika gästen njuter du ostört av lugnet och det vackra som omger Lilla Lyngabo. Trots avskildheten är det endast 2 km till närmsta golfbana, 4 km till havet och 10 km till centrala Halmstad och Tylösand. Haverdals Naturreservat med Skandinaviens högsta sanddyn och vackra vandringsleder finner du på din väg till havet.

Naturskönt boende i mitten av Skåne

Välkommen till denna mysiga lantidyll där man omfamnas av hästhagar. Lugnet. Tystnaden. Skönheten från de omgivande skogarna. Här kommer man nära både djur och fantastisk natur. På gården finns hästar, katter, höns och en liten sällskaplig hund. Bortom naturbeteshagarna finns de vilda djuren. Dock inga björnar eller vargar :-) Lyxen ligger i miljön. Det lilla huset är utrustat för självhushåll, men vi erbjuder frukostkorg och andra förnödenheter på begäran. Meddela gärna önskemål i god tid.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Delizioso alloggio turistico situato vicino ad una delle sette meraviglie del mondo: il Colosseo. A 50 metri dalla metropolitana e a pochi passi dallo shopping romano e dal divertimento notturno. Balcone con vista mozzafiato sulla città eterna. L’appartamento si trova al quinto piano e dispone di cucina, soggiorno, aria condizionata, bagno con vasca e camera da letto matrimoniale. Organizziamo tour del Colosseo, dei musei Vaticani e molto altro tramite la nostra agenzia. Ti aspettiamo!

Room Gabrijel with four seasons outdoor kitchen

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Vårt boende passar par som vill uppleva någonting extra, överraska och fira sin partner Eller äventyrare som vill komma nära naturen och även vara nära Stockholm. La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

This one of a kind rustic yet elegant loft is full with details in wood, metal and stone, all handmade by Giulio, his owner. The fabulous terrace will take your breath away. How about some coffee with your slippers on while contemplating the Colosseum or watching the sun go down behind the Vatican shadow from the hut tub? Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!

Fantastisk läge och utsikt mot Skälderviken, 80 steg till havet och Bjärehalvöns vackraste sandstrand, lugnt naturskyddat område, känt för rikt fiske- och fågelliv. En fult utrustad stuga med allt ni önskar! Här är det bara solen, månen och stjärnorna som lyser upp vår tillvaro: "Europas oupptäckta paradis!", enligt en av våra gäster.
