Owners live near to the cottage and are more than happy to help you to have a memorable stay! A beautiful lake (only 20m), where you can enjoy both winter and summer. Activities in accommodation: Ice-fishing, snow-shoeing, snowmobilerides or rent it! You need to have a car to get here, it takes 45 minutes from Rovaniemi city.

For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

På en fantastisk sjötomt med sol hela dagen och sjöutsikt från boendet finns detta mysiga hus på 55 kvm med läge på en del av vår stora tomt. Det finns bastu, badbrygga, sandstrand och gräsytor. Det finns 2 st havskajaker. Vardagsrum med matbord, soffgrupp och öppen spis. Välutrustat kök med kyl, frys, ugn, micro, diskmaskin. Sovrum, badrum och toalett. Det finns tvättmaskin, torktumlare. 900m till busshållplats och ca 5 km till närmaste matvarubutik. Till Stockholms C är det ca 25km.

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Sjöstugan- vår pärla precis vid sjökanten! Eget hus med sovloft, kök, vackert stort rum med braskamin och utsikt över sjön. Vedeldad bastu med dopp i sjön precis intill. Spabad på bryggan- alltid varmt. Badbrygga 5 meter utanför dörren. Tillgång till båt. Om ni vill köpa fiskekort, kontakta värd. Ved till baskamin och bastu ingår. Gården är inhägnad hela vägen till sjön och vår Beagel hund Vide är ofta lös ute. Han är snäll. Lakan, handdukar och städning ingår.
