Vila Petra - Family apartment for 4 at Lake Bled

Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

Check out: deposito bagagli gratuito fino a mezzanotte. Ingresso indipendente con porta blindata. Duplex camera da letto/zona living con bagno privato. Senza costi extra, a semplice richiesta, preparo il divano letto matrimoniale nella stanza living separata. A 5 minuti da Piazzale Roma o dalla stazione. Terzo piano con ascensore, con travi a vista. Gli impianti e gli arredi sono nuovi, comodi e moderni. L'ambiente è luminoso e ventilato. Le finestre si affacciano su un romantico campiello.

La casa è nella piazza più antica di Orvieto, San Giovenale con la stupenda chiesa romanica del XI secolo. Una Loggetta con vista mozzafiato sulla valle del paglia da dove scopre l'Amiata , il Monte Cetona ed il Monte Peglia. Arredata con mobili su misura realizzati da maestri falegnami orvietani, i soffitti in legno al primo piano ed il cotto fatto a mano del pavimento ne fanno un alloggio pieno di fascino in cui trascorrere un meraviglioso soggiorno ad Orvieto. Supersuositun Äijä-koiran ainutlaatuinen kelomökki Kilpisjärvellä! Ihanteellinen pariskunnille, mökistä näkymät Kilpisjärvelle. Kauppaan ja ravintolaan matkaa 1,5 km. Mökissä lattialämmitys. Keittiössä kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, uuni/hella, liesituuletin ja jääkaappi. Valmiiksi pedatut vuoteet, pyyhkeet ja loppusiivous sisältyvät hintaan. Huom! Yläkerran makuutila on alle 120 cm korkea, joten kohde EI sovellu liikuntarajoitteisille henkilöille! Myöskään portaat eivät ole lapsiturvalliset.

Viihtyisä mökki järven rannalla Karjalohjalla odottaa sinua noin tunnin ajomatkan päässä pääkaupunkiseudulta. Mökissä on tupa, makuuhuone, makuualkovi, eteinen, pukuhuone ja sauna (n.44m2). Tämän lisäksi vieraiden käytössä on vierastupa, josta löytyy kaksi erillistä pientä huonetta ja nukkumatilat maksimissaan kolmelle. Parhaimmillaan mökin tilat ovat talvikuukausina 2-4 henkilön käytössä, mutta kesäaikaan mahtuu isompikin porukka. Täällä pääset rentoutumaan ja nauttimaan omasta rauhasta.
