There is central A/C that covers the entire house, all rooms have hardwood floors, newer beds, comfortable mattresses and quality pillows. New 18x24 deck has Polywood furniture and Weber gas grill.

Newly renovated interior and beautiful landscaping complete with a new outdoor shower, cowboy cauldron, brand new grill and outdoor patio furniture, relaxing water feature and a Bocce ball court! We have 4 beach cruisers that you can use at your own risk. We also have 4 backpack beach chairs in a locked shed. The beach is just a half mile away and close to restaurants and shopping. Dogs must be pre approved and only one dog.

Due to my dog on my property I am unable to host people with support dogs/ADA service dogs.

This fully self-contained flat in a 2 centuries old whale merchant's home on Duck Creek is perfect for active types who prefer to walk instead of drive. Ideal for kayakers & bikers. Steps from Wellfleet's best restaurants, town pier and the village center shopping & market. We have 5 flats. If one is booked on your dates, look for Calypso, Garden, Blockhouse, or Green Frog. Rent multiple apartments for larger parties.

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

The Salt Pond Cottage

This is a free-standing private cottage that sleeps 2 comfortably. A spiral staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with a queen size Nectar bed! There is a full futon couch on the main level. This cottage is not handicap accessible. The kitchen has everything you may need. The most spectacular thing about this home is its close proximity to the National Seashore. The salt pond, bike path, and freshwater ponds are also moments away!
