Villa in tipico stile sardo totalmente rinnovata con finiture di pregio, in condominio tranquillo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Is Morus (350 m), con vigilanza, strutture sportive e parco giochi per i bambini. La casa proposta è parte a sé di una villa più ampia: due bagni, uno "en suite", due camere da letto doppie/matrimoniali, cucina attrezzata, soggiorno affacciato sul patio coperto ed un ampio prato. A pochi minuti d'auto le più belle spiagge del sud Sardegna e l'animato paese di Pula.
