The single wide 2 bed, 2 bath fully remodeled trailer that is about 4 miles from I-77, 25 miles to Carowinds, 34 miles to Charlotte, 11 miles to Winthrop, 18-20 miles to Chester, 9-11 miles to Rock Hill. The Airbnb is located near the end of a cul-de-sac road out in the country. There’s an active train track about 1/2 mile away that passes by days/nights which is little loud. There is wild life like deers, squirrels, possums, raccoons in the area. Has front patio and big front yard, fire pit.

This is a one bedroom (King Bed and a single pull out) one bath space with a separate game/entertainment room with a pool table. It has a small coffee/snack bar area. This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate outside entrance. You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Storeytime Stay-studio apartment

The Storeytime Stay is the perfect spot for a short visit to the Rock Hill area or an extended stay for a work assignment, sporting event, convention, wedding, historical interests, etc. Our clean, comfortable apartment offers a kitchenette, a designated work space, and a spacious layout. Enjoy the fresh country air on the front porch, which leads to your own private entrance. While the apartment is attached to our house and a busy family lives there, our goal is to maintain your privacy.

Belmont Riverside Cabin

Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. ROYAL GOOSE 1- bedroom treehouse.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.
