Hummingbird House is a tiny house decorated in a vintage style, with quality craftsmanship, making use of all recycled building materials. Tucked away on 20 acres with gardens all around, goats, hens, ducks, dogs and cats. The house is newly remodeled and has kitchen, bathroom, double bed, single bed/nook/couch, and dining area table and chairs, with modern heating and air conditioning. Coffee, herbal teas from the garden, sugar, honey, creamy goat milk and cheese are all supplied from the farm.

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. The original miners shack was fully renovated by a designer/builder team to create this creek side escape. This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom retreat is located in the heart of Apple Hill within walking distance to Barsotti's, Delfino Farms and Lava Cap Winery. Immerse yourself in the tranquil, creek side setting as you relax in the private hot tub.

Escape to our cozy cottage, nestled on two beautifully maintained acres shared with the main house. This charming, standalone retreat offers the perfect place to unwind. So, you won’t have to go very far to find delicious food after a day of fishing, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, or any other activities our beautiful Sierra mountains have to offer.
