The house was built 2018 and has a big windows so our guests can enjoy the view. The house is surrounded by beautiful wildlife at the summer time and the northern lights at the winter time. Urriðafoss Apartments is fully equipped with wifi, TV, combo washing machine and dryer, coffee machine, fridge, all necessary kitchen tools and hot tub.

We are here in the middle of south Iceland. The house is alone in the unspoiled nature, with horse and birds around. Very warm and extremely cosy place to relax and enjoy. Next small town Hvolsvölluris 20 min away. 20 minutes to drive to next waterfall, Seljalandsfoss, 40 min to Skógafoss. Around 1 hour to drive to Vík í Mýrdal, and 1 hour to the "Golden cirkle". 10 min to Landeyjahöfn - the harbour to Vestmanneyjar. You can see some famous volcanoes and hear the sounds from the ocean .

The Shed is totally renovated and has a cozy warm atmosphere. Situated on a working farm far away from traffic and densely populated areas. The Shed sleeps four and has modern amenities. The Shed is perfect for families or two couples travelling together. It is a great base for travelling around the south of Iceland with a selection of self-drive tours you can do e.g. the Golden Circle, The South Coast, Þjórsárvalley, etc. There are also many tour companies operating in this area.
