Cozy 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage in the heart of Sandy Pond. Steps to water access and boat launch. Four season home. Perfect location for boating, all season fishing (including salmon and ice fishing), beach-going, snowmobiling. Located a row back from the water, in walking distance to Eddie's Cove Restaurant and the Wigwam Restaurant/Tiki Bar as well as the the Sandy Pond Sportsman's club. We also own the cottage next door (Cozy Cottage in Sandy Pond 2) and can be rented together

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. Located within a minute drive from access to skiing/hiking/4wheeling/snowmobiling trails within Winona State Forest. We are a short drive from Lake Ontario beaches, the Salmon River in Pulaski & Altmar, Salmon River Falls and the Salmon River Reservoir.

The Henderson House

Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
