Emu Point Beach Front Cottage is a fully self contained 2 bedroom historic cottage built approx. 80 years ago and fully renovated in 2010. We have been proud owners since 1983! Located across the road from the beach at Emu Point, total relaxation is just a short walk away. Emu Point Beach Front Cottage takes you back the good old days of beach living.

Albany "Our Place "

Relax on the private patio to the birdlife and view of the beautiful gardens nestled into Lake Seppings. Off street private parking for one. Close proximity to 2 swimming beaches, surfing beach, cycling path, 5 minutes drive to Albany cbd, walking trail on Lake Seppings and 18 hole Links Golf course across the road. This two bedroom apartment has a cosy lounge, Dimplex heating, kitchenette, induction plate and a introductory continental breakfast supplied. An easy way to begin your morning.

Middleton Beach Holiday Apartment

Situated just 200m from Middleton Beach, 5 minutes from the CBD, in the heart of the Middleton café precinct, this beautiful two-story apartment is the perfect choice when booking in beautiful Albany. Located in a quiet unit complex, you have access to an award winning fish & chip shop, delicious restaurants, bars and boutique stores. For families; the playgrounds, walk paths and sheltered ocean swimming make this the ideal holiday destination. Street-level living with all bedrooms upstairs.

River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Spencer Townhouse

Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.

Stingray Beachhouse

Stingray Beachhouse is a large 5 bedroom house, 50 metres from the clear water at beautiful Emu Point. It is the perfect location for that ultimate beachside getaway. At Stingray you can fully relax. The house has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, and two good sized living areas, one of which includes an open plan kitchen/dining area. The house is fully furnished with comfortable stylish furniture. Linen is provided. The kitchen is well equipped and has a Smeg oven.

Hidden View

Our Hidden View has an amazing view of the local farm land and Torndirrup National park. Local birds love to join our guests on the balcony for a feed. The Accommodation is not big but practical. There is 1 room with 1 single bed and 1 room with 1 queen bed. The living area is combine with an open kitchen/dining room opening to the decking which has a mini Weber, a table& chairs. This is under roof. 2 Radiators are provided in winter as well as electric blankets. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Enjoy a quiet retreat or bring the whole family to this comfortable, spacious, stand alone guesthouse, nestled in by the peppermint trees along the Middleton Beach-Emu Point bike path and next to the stunning Albany Golf Course. This is the perfect location for a relaxed holiday experience, with everything you need a short drive away. The house is a 2 minute walk to the Albany Golf Clubhouse and a 5 minute walk to Dune Brewery - check websites for lunch and dinner menus!

stableBASE is a sunny, architect-designed wing of our home, just a short drive from Albany’s centre, beaches, scenic walks, and National Parks. The accommodation is spacious, thoughtfully designed, with high-quality fixtures throughout, & suits up to 4 guests: • Master Bedroom: Queen bed & ensuite • Second Bedroom: Two king singles & ensuite The living area combines lounge, dining, & a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, opening onto a private sunny deck.

Middleton Mews - Unit 6

Having the best position of all the units in this complex makes this a very quiet, budget friendly and private location to enjoy. My top priority is the guests enjoyment. This updated, regularly booked unit with Netflix has a fully equipped useable kitchen and also there is plenty of parking available, even a large trailer can easily fit. The complex is ideally located to enjoy the various sights and activities that the Great Southern offers.

Emu Point is a quiet little seaside community about 10 mins drive from Albany city centre. Set amongst the shade of the coastal peppermint trees of "The Point", our place is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. There's a choice of two beaches within a couple of minutes walk - so whichever way the wind might blow you'll be able to find a sheltered spot to enjoy the white sand and brilliant blue water of the South Coast.
