Die Farm ist in Betrieb und produziert Rinder, Schafe, Ziegen und Holzkohle. Durch eigenen Garten und Einzäunung hat man Privatsphäre. Die 12.500ha Farm kann man zu Fuß oder mit eigenem Auto erkunden, bei genügend Orientierungsfähigkeit auch selbständig. Wild ist überall und kommt bis zum Zaun. Jagd ist nach Absprache mit dem Farmer möglich
