Its charming original ceilings, arched entry way, and thoughtful design furniture give it a unique and welcoming touch. This peaceful, chic and bohemian design apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 x king bed 180x200, 1 double bed 135x200, 2 twin beds (90x190), and a comfortable convertible sofa bed (140x190) located in the master suite). It has a guest bathroom to share and an ensuite master bathroom with rainfall shower. It features a comfortable brand new and fully equipped kitchen & adjoined dining area, cozy living room with smart flatscreen TV, and large entrance hall. As we are chefs, we have provided everything you could need for cooking a full meal in the apartment. -Central AC / Heating, -windows facing central courtyard, -High Speed Wifi 300Mbps, -Smart Flat Screen TVs (55” inch, 32” inch, 43” inch) to use your Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Amazon Prime, -Washer / Dryer Combination Unit, -clothes line, iron, ironing board, - 2 Powerful Hair Dryers, -plenty of hangers, -fresh linens, - 1 towel set per registered guest (bath towel, hand towel), -shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, -high chair, -baby travel cot upon request for fee, -and safety deposit box. -Early Check-in (2h before) may be possible subject to availability. -Late Night Check In: As check in is automated, late night check in is available. 1st floor with elevator, door code for apartment door. There is a guest handbook available for many recommendations as well as a manual for all house appliances provided. *Check In / Check Out:* This apartment is set up for self check in. You will receive a door key code 24 hours before check in time which will be valid from your check in date 3pm until check out time on your departure date. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the 2nd twin bed (90cm x 190 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Baby bath (provided free of charge). As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed.

We are here for you as much as you would like! The apartment is just off of Gran Vía, the most central street in Madrid, in a colorful neighborhood called Chueca. The area is famous for being a fun, bohemian area. In the street there are authentic cafes, tapas, restaurants, and a supermarket. The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, Madrid, just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station minutes away. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)
