Το κατάλυμα μας βρίσκεται στο τουριστικό χωριό, Αρμενιστής Ικαρίας. Διαθέτει δύο μονά κρεβάτια και ένα καναπέ ο οποιος γίνεται κρεβάτι. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές που θα χρειαστείτε για τις διακοπές σας. Η μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Ικάριο πέλαγος θα σας βοηθήσει να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε την διαμονή σας, αξιοποιώντας την με όποιο τρόπο επιθυμείτε. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, μπαρ καθώς και παραλίες όπως μεσαχτη, λιβάδι και φυσικά Αρμενιστής!

The house is located in the port of Evdilos, just a few steps from the central square of the village. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The house has a total area of 46 sq.m. and includes a kitchen, one bathroom, and two bedrooms. One bedroom features a sofa bed with an additional pull-out bed, while the other has a double bed. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children. The private balcony offers a stunning view of the sea.

Traditional House # Sarantos Residence

The house is a unique architectural mansion of Ikaria, which for 120 years captivates visitors due to the elaborate murals that adorn its interior and its history. Built in 1897 by a wholesale merchant of the time, still remains an architectural gem in the heart of Evdilos. Located on the most romantic paved old pedestrian street of the village, is 5min walking to the port, near marina's taverns and cafes and to "Spasmata" beach. A vintage shelter for a unique accommodation experience.

Peaceful Seaside Apartment & Quiet Swimming Area

Newly renovated studio apartment located 50m from the sea with beautiful views and in a quiet and peaceful location, but still close to the popular beaches and resort town of Armenistis. During calmer days enjoy your own quiet swimming area only two minutes walking distance from the house. All other days enjoy the organised beach only two kilometres away. We recommend you rent a motor vehicle to cover the vast distances between the sights.

Flat in traditional stonehouse

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Το πέτρινο βρίσκεται στο χωριό κάμπος λίγα λεπτά από το λιμάνι ΕΥΔΗΛΟΣ (2 χιλιόμετρα ) και με την κοντινότερη παραλία μόλις ένα ιδιωτικό μονοπάτι μακρυά Στο πέτρινο ξεχωρίζει η μεγάλη αυλή η οποία μπορεί να αξιοποιηθεί όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας από το πρωί στην πλευρά της παραλίας για ένα πρωινό με θέα καθώς και τις απογευματινές ώρες στο εξωτερικό σαλόνι για πανοραμική θέα του Αιγαίου με τα ωραία χρώματα του ηλιοβασιλέματος.

Stylish, fully-equipped cottage right in front of the beach of Armenistis. Comfortably fits 3 persons, but can sleep up to 5 persons (see description below). Magnificent sea view, excellent location. Just a 1-minute walk to the sandy beach, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarket, souvenir shops. 2-minute drive to Messakti & Livadi beach, 10 min. to Christos Raches, 20 min. to Evdilos harbour, 75 min. to airport.

Freshly refurbished studio in Armenistis, located in the historic centre of the village and next to the villages beach. Supermarket, restaurants and everything you may need are walking distance. Wifi, air condition and a fully equipped kitchen are making this a perfect vacation place. As my family has there own gardens and chicken, we will supply with some fresh goodies to accompany your meals.

Πέτρινη αυλή, Αρμενιστης Ικαρια

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται εντός του οικισμού Αρμενιστη σε σημείο που επιτρέπει την γρήγορη πρόσβαση απόστασης 2-5 λεπτών από σημεία αγορών όπως: σούπερ μάρκετ, είδη σουβενίρ κ.α. Επιπλέον, σε χώρους εστίασης και αναψυχής όπως: μπάρ, καφετέριες, ζαχαροπλαστεία κ.α. Η παραλία του Αρμενιστη βρίσκεται περίπου 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια και η παραλία Λιβάδι περίπου 10 λεπτά.

Beach house, right ON the beach 5 m from the ocean

Right on the beach. Studio, w 3 comfy new beds (2024) and a pentry, WC and shower. Large ocean front terrace and balcony. Situated on the lovely Kampos beach, right by the ocean. The studio is 40 square meters. Walking distance to nice tavernas and restaurants. Målat invändigt och utvändigt 2025. Nya dörrar och fönster 2025.
