This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

Cozy private backyard cottage directly across the street from Green Lake. (ABB incorrectly lists as a 4 min walk). It's a separate structure from the main house. Small kitchen, full bathroom, and a separate gated/fenced-in area for your dog. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, PCC organic food, and more. You can also walk or run the lake (2.8 miles around), rent kayaks or paddle boards, or just play in the water. Close to UW and only a few minutes from downtown.
