This weathered lived loved home has been in the family since built in 1908. No relation to a hotel room, but clean, comfy, and a convenient location.

Rooms include bedroom, private bathroom, and sitting room/art studio with a sofa bed. 10 minutes from University of New Hampshire, and 30 minutes from Portsmouth. Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Perfect location for beach trips or exploring the quaint markets and local events of downtown Portsmouth. The Silver Fox is a 10 minute drive to all the best places in any direction. Enjoy walking paths to the park, take a beach chair and relax at Hampton or Jenness Beach or head to Portsmouth for great dinning and entertainment.)

Private Exeter Guest Apartment

This is a fully furnished guest suite with 900 square feet of comfortable living space and a private front entrance. It is within walking distance to Phillips Exeter Academy, beautiful Downtown Exeter and the Amtrack train station. No pets allowed. Please take note: There is a train that passes by periodically and can be loud. Parking space for 1 car in winter and 2 in summer months.
