The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Furniture built from locally sourced trees for a beautifully crafted, rustic finish. Swing in a hammock or egg chair and indulge in a bit of star gazing. Watch the surrounding wildlife by the log burner or gather by the fire pit. Head ito Exmoor or Dartmoor & enjoy the many walks/bike rides; surf or explore the beaches. Help feed the animals and relax, recharge & re-connect!

Grooms Cottage is beautifully located at the head of a picturesque valley, with stunning views over surrounding fields and woodland. The Cottage is light and bright with a vaulted ceiling in the living area and double bedroom. The Kitchen is well equipped. Enjoy the outside terrace with barbeque. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Nestled on the edge of our family small holding on Exmoor with a herd of Red Devon cows, horses, chickens, sheep and dogs. Vegetables home grown and available through summer months, pick your own raspberries June/ July. With have breathtaking views, dark skies, endless walks and bike tracks right on the doorstep. If you want to relax, unwind and enjoy this area of outstanding beauty this is the place to be.

The Old Workshop. A Cosy Exmoor Bolthole.

The old workshop is less than a 10 minute walk from the Local Pub, The Staghunters Inn. There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet. The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway! We had a lot of fun converting The Old Workshop into a warm, cosy space, using reclaimed wood and upcycling items such as old beer barrels and old pine furniture.

Beautifully converted barn with stunning views on the edge of Exmoor. Finished to a high standard throughout and in a perfect position to explore the national park, Somerset and Devon. Swallow Barn is within walking distance of Haddon Hill and is conveniently located for the pretty towns of Dulverton, Bampton and Wivliescombe with Exeter and Taunton a little further afield. Endless walking on exmoor and both the north and south coast beaches to visit.
