It has a King Bed with walk-in robe, en-suite and breakfast bar. The air conditioned Villa is located on a 10,000m2 property situated just 800m from McCleod's Beach and 4km from the town. The Villa has its own driveway and private entrance and is separated from the primary residence by the pool area (common use space).

Our home is located on a quiet street just a couple of minutes from the beach and town, featuring an open plan living and kitchen, flooded by light in the mornings and evenings. Outside you'll find plenty of parking, a large BBQ, an outdoor lounge area, soft grass, and loads of fruit trees!

Located on the canals in Exmouth Marina, this property is a short stroll to Town Beach and Mantarays Resort. Enjoy a stay at our unique and charming 1-bedroom unit in the heart of Exmouth. A 2 minute walk to town, where you’ll find the local shops, cafes & restaurants. Down the road from Federation Park, come check out Exmouth’s Sunday markets between April-September. Unfortunately no pets allowed. No parties allowed. As the unit is apart of a smaller community, please keep noise levels down between 9pm-6am
