Easy going, I'm an ex-pro athlete & believe that fitness is the fountain of youth! Trail running in the hills is such great cross training for other sports. I use it to cross train with Skiing, Mountain Biking, Brazilian Ju Jitsu & Mountaineering. I feel that strength and conditioning are key to a healthy body/mind & you don't need weights or a gym to get it! I like having fun while staying fit!

This is a great trail running experience with amazing views on beautiful trails! We start in Claremont Canyon on steep single track with steps leading up to Grizzly Peak & Skyline trails. Prior to running we will do a warm up routine that I use for prepping the upper and lower body for the run, this gets the muscles and heart rate ready for the initial steep climb. Bring water, running shoes, running clothes and a positive attitude! Don't eat too much prior to the run and try to be hydrated. I can pick up runners at the Ashby BART station if you don't have a car
