The 21st century has descended on us like a piano from the sky. Finally travelling the world doesn’t mean staying in your hotel room, waiting to be herded to local monuments and then finally getting back into the van to be taken to your hotel room once more...finally you can see the city in a way that works for you.

Basically, a running tour was something I wanted my whole life and Portugal has an epic running culture… you’ve seen the hills?

This is an early morning sightseeing tour of Lisbon that is for all levels of early morning risers, travellers and joggers and depending on the group speeds and distances will be adjusted.

Average Time: 1.5 Hours
Average Distance: 5Km - 7Km

Staying on the flats as much as possible I’m going to take you to my favourite riverside monuments and locations that contribute to Lisbon’s unique soul and culture.

As a trained and local Lisboa consider all my knowledge and expertise yours.

Many moons ago, I used to be overweight, would you believe it, haha. I’m one of those cliche fats to fitness nut stories -I apologise in advance and no more amateur dramatics.

The only thing for me was travelling was always a tricky one, my friends would lay in bed hungover and full of the meal from the night before and I have “ants in my pants” wanting to get out, explore and stay fit.

I’ve since trained as a nutritionist and moved into central Lisbon to work as a personal trainer to support others on their running journey and haven’t been happier.

Don’t worry this is the last time you’ll hear about my story, haha, I promise.
