I am hosting a SF Mindfulness Experience to build a sense of community, de stress, express and feel a little bit better in our heads, hearts and bodies.

We will meet in at the Murphy Windmill in Golden Gate Park (exact location subject to change)

*Opening Creative Expression:
Aubree will hold space for creative exploration for 10-15 minutes. Free write/draw OR follow a guided mindful art prompt
*Breath work/ guided meditation to regulate the mood and emotions
*Mindful Somatic Movement (yoga)
*OPTIONAL to stay for a community park picnic to connect and nurture

Mindful Skulls (Aubree) specializes in trauma informed yoga and mindfulness practices for mental health. Aubree wants guests to leave with accessible practices they can carry with them forever to feel a little bit lighter as well as build healthy relationships with ourselves and others.

Guests should bring:
*notebook/pens/markers/pencils etc if choosing to participate in the opening mindful art activity
*Mat/towel/blanket to practice on
*Water/ snacks
*Comfy clothes/layers
*Loved ones <3

Aubree is interested in the ways in which yoga is an invitation to embodied awareness and mental freedom. She believed that if we can understand the ways our minds work— learned behaviors, thought patterns, habits, triggers and ways our bodies hold onto our stories, then we can actively rewrite and rewire these for positive healthy change. Through yoga, mindfulness, and art, Aubree has been able to understand herself, her past, face her shadows to move towards healing and transformation.

Aubree has experience working with youth and adults who have experienced trauma and/or struggle with mental health issues. Having lived with these herself, she is passionate about offering practices to people who wish to “do the work” and get real with themselves so they can step into their light.

Var ni kommer att vara

Classes will take places in scenic locations around San Francisco. Locations are subject to change so please visit my website for updates.

Current location is the Murphy Windmill in Golden Gate Park.

Class on 7/10 will be near the Conservatory of Flowers. We will meet at the James Garfield monument then walk a short distance to a hidden meadow.
