I will host a group or individual beach circuit workouts. We will meet on the Dunedin causeway at the High and dry grill. Depending on the individuals or group's fitness level which I will determine before the experience based on conversation with the client, I will lead them through a warm up in which they can ask questions and I can teach them about fitness or the area. We will meet outside the high and dry grill on the southeast side. Dont bring anything except your water since we will probably be getting sandy! I am not responsible for damaged valuable items!
