A self contained large studio with private bathroom & a new pool. Studio is really near to Boyne River with a 2 minutes walk. A walking track & Lilley’s beach is next to the river. Boyne Tannum Hook Up show ground is also at Bray park including the boat ramp. It takes also a 3 minutes walk to supermarket, coffee shops, etc & 4 minutes drive to Tannum Sand. Bungalow on Rollo is a bright, character-filled 1960s cottage in a fantastic location near the Gladstone Marina. It’s comfortable, welcoming and thoughtfully set up for families and longer stays. The bungalow is set back behind another home on a long private driveway, which is one of its best features. There is excellent off-street parking with plenty of space for a boat, caravan, trailer or multiple vehicles, a huge bonus this close to the marina.

Our Queenslander split level house is situated in the heart of Gladstone, backs onto bushland & less than 5 minutes from shops. We live upstairs, the lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). Please note, all 4 rooms are adjoining and there is no internal walkway around the ensuite when in use, other than from outside. The Beach Room boasts the bushland view.
