You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Compact living space combining modern kitchen, dining area and lounge. Spacious bathroom. Addictive balcony for coffee in the morning or an evening drink. Private parking in basement. Enjoy the tranquility at home or the vibe in the trendy harbour area, or walk 20 minutes to city centre. Bedding and towels included.

Badehus, unik beliggenhed på mole, m/P-plads

Unik mulighed for at bo direkte på molen og bare 3 meter fra vandkanten i det ikoniske Bjarke Ingels byggeri på nyopførte Aarhus Ø. Wifi og privat p-plads medfølger. I godt vejr er havnepromenaden lige udenfor velbesøgt. Hyggelig og veludnyttet badehus med sovehems. Fantastisk, sydvendt, 180 graders panoramaudsigt til vand, havn og byens skyline. Small living når det er allerbedst - perfekt for par eller forretningsrejsende. The-køkken med elkedel og køleskab - ikke muligt at lave varmt mad.

Anneks med eget bad og egen indgang. Lille tekøkken med brødrister og æggekoger, men ikke mulighed for at lave varm mad. Kaffe og te til fri rådighed. Wi-fi IKKE NOGET TV Ingen adgang til have. Lille morgenmad i køleskabet (1 bolle, 1 stk rugbrød, ost, marmelade, juice) Ligger i “Vestbyen”, hvor der er mange etageejendomme og byhuse, ikke så mange grønne områder, men til gengæld kun 5 minutters gang til fængslet. I får en hyggelig lejlighed i vores underetage med egen indgang, mulighed for at lave mad i the-køkkenet(køleskab og Micro/almindelig ovn) og ellers nyde de mange muligheder byen byder på. Der er mulighed for ekstra opredning så I kan være 3-4 personer Husdyr ikke tilladt, men vi har selv kat.
