Located on the Yarra River, be immersed in nature whilst having easy access to explore popular nearby suburbs such as Northcote, Collingwood, Fiztroy and the CBD. You will have access to a private shared sitting area on the bank of the Yarra River just down from the apartment. But it is also only a five minute walk to the historic Fairfield Boathouse and various hiking tracks along the Yarra.

Welcome to my bright and comfy, fully equipped first floor flat in Alphington, approx 7km from the CBD. Nestled at the end of a tree-lined street with lots of natural light and a short walk to Fairfield Train Station (17mins train ride to the city, 14mins to the MCG) and Fairfield Village filled with restaurants, cafes and shops of all kinds. Street parking and bike paths are directly outside. The Yarra River, Fairfield Boathouse and Darebin Parklands are all close by.

My mum 'Patricia' was pretty quirky, and so is this whimsical place. 100 years old, and an Alphington institution...this adorable shopfront is one of the areas most loved and iconic buildings. The interior is warm and spacious, with plenty of room to rest or work, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
