Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Koselig Cabin on the Farm Coast of New England!

This cabin is full of comforts, convenience, and love. Just 4 miles from the ocean. It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Koselig embodies feelings of family, friends, warmth, love, coziness, contentment, and comfort. Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Kayaks and Glimpses of Westport Bay

Stay in a lovely and comfortable cottage with partial views of the bay. The water is just a short walk away past our neighbor with shared access to the water. Enjoy swimming, fishing, or relaxing on the float and soak up the sun. You can also explore the Horseneck Beach, wander the trails, taste the local farms and restaurants, and more. If you want to unwind at the cottage, watch shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, sit on the deck, and flip some burgers on the gas grill.

Relax with the whole family at our completely remodeled home located in Fairhaven’s best kept secret West Island. West Island has the most beautiful sunsets, stunning views, and amazing beaches. You have access to a private beach a block away or the town beach less than a mile away. Nearby is a shell fishing area, and marina with a restaurant right up the road. We are a short drive to the ferry where you can catch the boat to Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, and even Block Island.

After a day of searching for Sea glass and building sand castles on your own beach you will fall right asleep to the sounds and smells of the ocean right outside your bedroom patio doors. Charming 2 bedroom home located on Flax Pond. Enjoy a private sandy beach and dock. Swim, kayak, fish, boat (trolling motors only) and just relax. Enjoy the home’s spacious deck with comfortable seating for the whole family complete with chiminea for late night fires. 2 levels of lodging with central air. 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and great room. Minutes away from town beaches, bike path, golf, and shopping. Parking for approximately 4 cars.
