Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Off Grid Tiny House

This sweet little house is great for those who want to get away from it all but still have high speed WIFI. Like camping but with more creature comforts. The house has hot and cold water in the summer. We turn it off at the end of October. The house does not come with sheets and towels but we offer them for $15. Great for kids! This private accessory unit is attached to our historic brick house, built in 1820. It's ~15 minutes to Hanover NH, and provides all the essentials—including coffee, laundry, air conditioning, and reliable internet. Surrounded by green spaces, from the meadow in the backyard to the community garden across the street, it's still close to area attractions. We are on a state route, three minutes to the interstate (I-91). You can walk to trails and a covered bridge over a waterfall.

Camping on a Private Pond

A serene place in nature to unplug and unwind. It's private and quiet with the exception of the sound of the running brook. (NO WIFI or CELL service at the cabin) May come to the house if you need to get in touch during your stay. There is local hiking and two large lakes close by. Farmer's markets and acclaimed theatre are available throughout the Fall Season along with local beer-fests. Most of all, we have one of the most stunning foliage seasons in the country!

This carefully renovated barn is located in the hills of Fairlee, five minutes from I-91. A stand-alone private space with two spacious living areas and decks overlooking ponds and the mountains. You're welcome to bring your dog; please note there is a $75 pet fee for the length of your stay. With direct access to extensive hiking trails and minutes from Lake Morey and the Lake Morey Country Club there's lots of fun things to do.
