Welcome to the "Helms Nest", our tiny home mountain getaway, perfect to come back to after a day of skiing or hiking (a short drive to several 14ers and ski resorts). It has a full kitchen, full bathroom with hot shower and flush toilet, and queen sized bed in the loft. We commonly hear that our space is bigger than imagined. Our chalet is bordering on the National forest with trails out the door and fishing ponds a short walk away. Fenced yard for pet safety. NO PET FEES. Just 10 minutes from FairPlay and 40 minutes to Breckenridge depending on traffic for world class skiing. Centrally located to rafting, biking and fishing.
