We have lovingly restored this home and hope you enjoy its immunities and amazing location as much as we do. Historic Isaac Pierce House located in Somerset Historic Village District. This first floor vintage apartment features large rooms with many old historic touches still intact. Enjoy the original wood shutters and the craftsmanship as they fold into the walls. The apartment highlights the bustling clipper ship era of Captain James Madison Hood's Shipyard. The property is on the second floor of our two unit home. It has its own private entrance for guests and on-street parking. My family and I reside on the property, occupying the first and third floor, allowing us to be easily available for guest assistance, if needed. Close to highways, Newport and Providence, RI
