At the river you can relax, watch nature or read a book. We are a quick drive to great fishing.

Close to restaurants, grocery, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Wolfson Children's Hospital. Owners live in main house on site but suite has its own private entrance and parking. You will have access to an outdoor dining space and fenced in backyard. Dogs live on premises but will not interfere, although you may hear barking. Sofa bed available if needed, please inquire.

The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place is ideal for one or two people to stay overnight or for a week. It's rustic, but clean and comfortable, has a king bed, a claw-foot tub, an outdoor shower, a microwave, toaster, small fridge and complementary coffee and tea. Rocking chairs on the porch allow you to spend a little time outdoors enjoying the country air or listening to the birds. *Please Note * There is NO WIFI.

Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.
