This newly remodeled lower level of my duplex is the perfect place for an evening rest while on the road or a weekend getaway to Fargo! Kick back and watch the big game in the living room with plenty of couch space for everyone. If you're into cooking your meals, I have a fully stocked kitchen. There is a grocery store just a couple blocks away. Both bedrooms have super comfy queen sized beds. If you're working remotely, there is a nice desk setup in the living room to accommodate you. The Hot Tub is operated year around even in the winter months. Penthouse comes with 2 parking spots in the tucked under heated parking garage.

You’re going to love this cozy and spacious home with an open concept main floor with lots of hangout areas throughout the house. There are 4 bedrooms with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed and 2 full-size beds. This house has 3 full bathrooms. The hot tub is an extra $90/booking. It is not included with the booking in order to keep the rental rate as low as possible for those that don’t want to use it.
