The Kite Beach House is a brand new home only 2 minute's walk from the northern end of Cocoplum Beach, Exuma, one of the loveliest beaches on earth. Kite pristine waters or just lounge on the beach. High tide is a beautiful ocean view home with beach access (less than a 5 minute walk) and about a 5 minute drive of Sandals Emerald Bay public beach access. Quick 10 minute drive from the airport. Enjoy the sunrise from the front patio. We also provide beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, some snorkel gear, volleyball, frisbee, board games, and books for your enjoyment. Back patio has tables and chairs. Additional chairs are available to pull on to the front patio.

The villas are equipped with A/C, WIFI, Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, along with a patio area with grill for outside dining.
