Welcome to this centrally located, spacious house less than 20 mins away from the city centre! It can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. The house will soon turn 80 years but is modern and well-equipped. The common space is spacious and perfect for inviting a bunch of friends over for dinner or Swedish fika. There are two large terraces, the upper one with a covered patio for chilly or rainy days. The area is very calm and lush, but by metro you can reach the city centre in just 17 mins!

Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Stor altan utrustat med utemöbler och soffgrupp, vedeldad bastu och åretrunt vedeldad / elvärmt bubbelpool. Bra att veta Boendet har 2 sovrum med en 90 säng i ena rummet och en 180 säng i master bedroom. Det finns även en till 90 säng att ställa ut i det sovrum man vill sova. Ett bebott atterfallshus på tomten finns men inget som stör. Låst walk-in i master bedroom.

This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep 3. From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

Ett stenkast till Mälaren med badbrygga och restauranger. 15 minuter till Arlanda och 35 minuter till Stockholm City. Sigtuna är Sveriges äldsta stad med charmig gågata fylld av restauranger, caféer, samt butiker.

Our house is ideal för hanging out, enjoying Sthlm or just to get out of town for a couple of days. Sutable for Families or a couple of friends who enjoy wineing, dineing and relaxing. Close to the ocean, city, hiking and all that the region has to provide. The outdoor kitchen is built in ”mediterranian style” and is usable all year around, for hanging out. Chillax in the outdoor jacuzzi or in the sauna after your hike/tour or businessmeeting in Stockholm innercity. Most welcome!
