Gypsy Farmhouse

The Gypsy Farmhouse is a 1952 Sears Kit House and the original farmhouse on the Junk Gypsy property. It features plush beds, custom Signature Hardware bath tubs, a gourmet kitchen and a large seating area with a rock fire place. There is a king bedroom downstairs with a custom crown headboard, tufted sofa & a full bath with a oversized copper bathtub. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each room and a shared full size bath. Additionally, there is. 1/2 bath downstairs.

One in front of the house & one in the back. You will find a great covered porch off of the back and the yard has shade trees everywhere. Just 10 minutes off of I-10 between San Antonio (1 1/2 hrs) and Houston (1 1/2 hrs) & just south of Austin (1 hr). R remodeled downstairs & features a fireplace.

Cottages of Winedale-country, 10 min. to Round Top

The Kottage sits on 26 lovely wildflower covered acres near Round Top, Texas. It has been loving restored with touches of days gone by including wood from the original German settlers house. It has a comfortable front porch and rocking chairs to view the prairie and watch the wildlife. A full kitchen, dining room , and living room greet our guests as they enter. The Kottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms and can sleep 8 comfortably. Great for a family or small group getaway.

Pavilion 2 Pineknot cabin with 3 beds, sleeps 4

This is a new build Spring of 2017 , the 2nd Pavilion cabin with a shared porch on a 1920s Texas farm . We were going to just have a queen sleigh bed, and a Victorian twin , but then saw a need for another twin which is a bonus during antique shows ! Rinn , the owner , likes faux cowhides , dark stained floors , and Chezmoi white ruffled bedspreads with lots of vintage mirrors , we even had a bride get married from here , last week in the main Pavilion porch (in March 2018 )

The Nest Guest House in the Trees

We love tree and bird houses. So we built this lovely cottage up high among the oaks and elms and designed it to look like a bird house. With the verdant landscape, it feels like a tree house. It is located just 5 minutes from Round Top center. Listen to the rustling leaves and owls as you sleep in the romantic loft. Have your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the creek.
