This unique Treehouse and cabin getaway is five minutes (not 50 min) from the New River Gorge bridge and National Park and Preserve, located close to the Long Point trailhead and Fayetteville. The New River gorge is full of activities like hiking, biking, climbing, whitewater rafting, birding and a whole lot of other outdoor fun. New this season is our deck space and additional cabin with outdoor dining and bar area, Blackstone flattop grill and a Hottub with a great view overlooking wolf creek.

INSIDE THE NATIONAL PARK. The Cabin on Pennington Hill is the perfect rustic cabin for a couple or small group of 4. Set on top of a hill overlooking a beautiful pond, this cabin will give you a taste of the West Virginia outdoors. The perfect affordable base camp for outdoor enthusiasts. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our place is on a little dirt road with a beautiful view of the sun rising over the mountains and horses grazing in the field. Off the main road approximately 1/10 of a mile with no traffic in front of the house. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and grill, also corn hole for outdoor fun. No nosy neighbors, but the sound of children playing nearby. Just minutes away from rafting, mountain climbing and new river gorge
