On a lakeside setting beside a public jetty which has direct access to the Shannon-Erne Waterway and near to the National Trust Crom Estate. A spacious, bright, airy, fully equipped self-catering house which has direct access down to Bun Bridge public jetty & small craft slipway. Relax, BBQ, stroll around, swim/jump off the jetty, use the slipway to launch your boat, jetski, kayak or do a spot of fishing.

Self contained loft 1 bed sleeps up to 6 people upstairs is open planned, 1 double, 2 single & pullout mattress. Down stairs seating area with full kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, also shower-room. On request theres a choice of private king size bed en-suite with bathtub/shower. Outside sheltered sitting/eating area. Hot tub is added extra payable on arrival. kayaks available for hire with buoyancy aids, all persons must be swimmers. Access to our privately owned marina and slipway across the road from the cottage can be organised by prior arrangement for those wishing to bring their boat or fish from the jetties.
