This charming studio cottage sits nestled under a willow tree; creating a mood of serenity. The queen sized bed has a memory foam mattress, & luxury linens. The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, & electric hot plate. Through the window you’ll see the rustic playhouse & gazebo. The bathroom with shower is sparkly clean. We are located 15 miles south of Seatac Airport, 20 miles south of Seattle, and 12 miles north of Tacoma. Our home is very secure and private, you will feel like you are in the country, yet only minutes away from everything. It is perfect for a relaxing or romantic get-away or business travel.

Come relax in our PNW getaway. We're private homeowners offering a 2 bdrm apartment w/ full kitchen & laundry. Animal lovers will enjoy visiting our chickens & friendly dwarf goats. If it's relaxation you're after, our acre+ is perfect for a yoga or meditation session. Enjoy a yoga mat & walking pad in your guest suite. At night, relax around the bonfire & look at the stars. 5 minutes from I-5 & 10 minutes from downtown Tacoma, you'll feel worlds away from the hustle & bustle of the city.

Welcome to the historic Nyholm Guesthouse, this is the first house ever built in Edgewood by Peter Nyholm in the year 1900. We sit on a 3/4 acre gated property surrounded by maple, fir, and pine trees. When you enter the property you feel like you have entered a hidden paradise. There is a 4 tiered pond with a bench to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water and the birds. Location is ideal for our guests with easy access to all main highways, I-5 and 167.
