The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

Frederick is well known for being one of the safest cities in Colorado multiple years running! It’s quiet and relaxing. I do a lot of writing and the peace is great. Summer 2024: I’m currently making plans for a shady garden. It’s currently just sun scorched dirt and weeds. Here’s to converting wasteful and useles grass-scapes into productive & diverse gardens!
